First Time Home Buyer Class is sponsored by the Washington State Housing & Finance Commission. Attendees will receive a 5 hour certificate which is part of a qualification for a First Time Home Buyer loan program. Michelle is a certified instructor for this program. Back to Basics: The Life of a Transaction. You will learn the time line and flow of a typical transaction with both bank & seller financing. Bridging the gap between agents and investors will be addressed and so will what's involved with getting your real estate license. Michelle go over MLS forms, the MLS will be providing sample forms, and you will hear from Mortgage Specialist Cristie Stapp.
Advanced Investor Class: Mechanics of Writing & Presenting Offers. Michelle will go over writing a deal from start to finish! You will go through the basic forms used in writing deals (MLS forms and Notes and Deeds of Trust), you will receive tips on presenting a offer to a seller, and there will be live examples of presenting of offer. You will also hear from industry professionals such as a lender and an escrow specialist.
